We can all agree that Naruto’s character relationships were rushed towards the end of the series, as everyone was suddenly paired up as a couple.

Rock Lee’s wife, AKA Metal Lee’s mom, has never been mentioned in the series. There are speculations that Lee marries Ten-Ten, a former teammate.
Another theory is that he ends up with Azami, Master Chen’s granddaughter – However, there is no concrete evidence to support these claims.
We can only hope that the writer provides more details in a later episode of the series.

Tenten is the only female who is close to Lee. They both share a strong bond and genuinely care for one another, as seen in numerous scenes in the anime and manga.
These two make much more sense together than some of the other couples in the series.

The End Credits in Boruto: Naruto The Movie is yet another piece of evidence that fuels fan speculation that Tenten is Lee’s wife.
Where several couples are assembled, each standing next to the other: Lee and Tenten were present, with Metal (Lee’s son) in the middle.
b. Metal Lee’s Abilities Is A Good Mix of Lee’s and Tenten’s
Metal Lee’s skills appear to be a decent combination of Lee’s and Tenten’s. Like his father, he excels at taijutsu.
He also demonstrated that he is more than capable of using ninja tools (Tenten’s specialty) – This further fueled fan speculation that Tenten is Lee’s wife.
2. Rock Lee Marries Azami
Azami is the next person fans think of after Tenten, despite the evidence for this theory not being very solid as some say she’s a filler character.
Azami is the great-granddaughter of Master Chen, a master of taijutsu whom Lee greatly admires.
She met with Lee when she was younger and ended up splitting up.
Fans speculate that because they have some things in common, they eventually crossed paths and married after the war.
3. Rock Lee is Single, and Metal Is His Adopted Son
Some fans think Kishimoto is attempting to pull off the same ruse he did with Rock Lee, where Guy practically adopts him and turns him into a mini-guy (looks and skills).
Fans believe that Lee is single and Metal is his adopted son. Rock mimics Lee’s appearance and clothing because he adopts Lee’s ninja style.
4. The Writer Purposefully Left It Open-Ended
Although we can’t say for sure, this is something Kishimoto can do.
He may or may not introduce her in a subsequent story – it’s just a way of messing with fans.
Does Rock Lee like Sakura?
Yes, Rock lee did indeed like Sakura. He even went on to ask her to be his girlfriend, but she rejected him as she thought he was odd.
She perceives him differently, though, and comes to respect him greatly after risking his life to defend her. And with that, their encounters come to an end.
