Boruto Uzumaki – March 27th

Boruto Uzumaki is 12 years old, the same age that Naruto was when audiences were first introduced to the world. Like his father, Boruto is a passionate 12-year-old. His cheerful, giddy tendencies mirror that of Naruto’s when he was the same age.
Though Boruto has less impending doom and tragedy forced onto him, so he is more childish than Naruto was at 12.
This isn’t necessarily a bad thing! In fact, it is a testament to how well Boruto was raised and the love and attention he received from his father compared to Naruto’s own lack thereof.
Sarada Uchiha – March 31st

In the same academic year as Boruto, Sarada Uchiha is also 12 years old. Though she was not born in Konohagakure (Konoha) so being the same age as Boruto is purely a coincidence rather than planned by their parents.
Boruto and Sarada are constantly competing to be the best. They are just as good friends as rivals, much like their fathers (Naruto and Sasuke) were.
Sarada is a lot more quick-witted than Boruto and Misuko, making for an entertaining dynamic.
Mitsuki – July 25th

The final member of Boruto’s central trio is Mitsuki. He is the same age as Boruto and Sarada (12) though a little more naive.
Mitsuki was a clone of Orochimaru who made his way to Konoha to find Boruto, knowing that he is the son of Naruto. His kind and friendly attitude slots perfectly into Boruto and Sarada’s already established dynamic.
However, Mitsuki is a merciless protector, defending his friends by any means necessary. This can often become merciless violence, but Mitsuki does get better at controlling his anger as the series progresses.
Naruto Uzumaki – October 10th

Naruto Uzumaki is 17 at the end of his own journey in Naruto part 2, making him 33 years old by the time Boruto begins.
Still a passionate and kind character, Naruto gives his family the love that he didn’t get from his own father. He is constantly there for Boruto even when he takes on the responsibility of being Konoha’s seventh Hokage.
Naruto does take more of a backseat in Boruto, though this isn’t because of his age, rather because the story is focused on his son instead of on Naruto’s next steps in his own journey.
Sakura Uchiha (Haruno) – March 8th

A few months older than Naruto, Sakura Uchiha (formerly Sakura Haruno) is 33 years old in Boruto.
Sakura has only prospered in the years that have passed since the end of Naruto. After finding Sasuke, the two were able to explore their relationship together. They got married and had Sarada while still traveling.
All the while, Sakura’s strength and emotional resistance grew meaning that in Boruto, she is a force to be reckoned with.
Konohamaru Sarutobi – December 30th

Konohamaru Sarutobi is 27 years old in Boruto and gets much more screentime in Boruto than he did when he appeared in Naruto. This is because Konohamaru was a few years younger than Naruto.
In Boruto, Konohamaru is the mentor for Team 7 and has a respectable status as the grandson of the Third Hokage.
Konohamaru is the same age that Kakashi Hatake was when he was still mentoring his own team, but Konohamaru has a much more hands-on teaching approach.
Himawari Uzumaki – August 1st

Himawari Uzumaki is only 2 years younger than Boruto at 10 years old, but shows astounding abilities having already inherited Hinata Uzumaki’s byakugan from the Hyūgan clan.
The relationship that Boruto and Himawari have is a refreshing take on the typical sibling dynamic.
Himawari wants to spend as much time with Boruto as she can and because she is a genuinely enjoyable person to be around, Boruto doesn’t find this overly annoying.
Kawaki

It is unclear exactly when Kawaki’s birthday is because of his backstory, but we do know that he is a few years older than Boruto at 14 years old.
Kawaki was found by Boruto and the rest of Team 7 after escaping his abusive home with the Kara organization – an organization dedicated to preserving the spirit of Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, of which Kawaki was intended to be the next vessel for.
Once Naruto understands what is going on, he offers Kawaki a home and soon Kawaki becomes part of the Uzumaki family.
Shikadai Nara – September 23rd

Shikadai Nara is 12 years old and helps to form the secondary main trio in Boruto as part of a rival team in the academy.
Out of all of the ninjas at the academy, Shikadai appears to be the least motivated despite being very skilled for his age. However, Shikadai really wants to make his clan proud and shoulders his clan’s legacy well for a 12-year-old.
Cho-Cho Akimichi – August 8th

Another member of the seventeenth generation Ino-Shika-Chō trio, Cho-cho Akimichi is 12 years old. She is the shortest on her team at 4’9″ (149.9 cm) and is set apart from her team in terms of her appearance.
Cho-cho is noticeably bigger than the other ninjas her age, which she is very conscious about after a lifetime of watching her father’s eating habits.
Because of this, she is more self-involved than her friends and tends to think that every conversation revolves around her.
Inojin Yamanaka – December 5th

The final addition to Bortuo’s silver trio is Inojin Yamanaka. Inojin is also 12 years old, though he is a few months younger than the rest of his team.
Out of the Ino-Shika-Chō trio, it is Inojin that puts the most work into his training. Inojin clearly reaps the benefits for his efforts by progressing a lot more effectively through the academy.
Socially, Inojin is a bit too mature for his age to connect well with the rest of the ninjas in his year.
Hinata Uzumaki (Hyūga) – December 27th

As a few months younger than the main Naruto trio, Hinata Uzumaki (formerly Hyūga) is 32 years old in Boruto. However, she has matured just as much as her husband and her friends.
Hinata’s confidence in herself and her abilities has grown tenfold by the time Boruto begins. She is the model mother, being both strict and loving in a way Hinata never experienced from her own parents.
She will not hesitate to lay down the law with her children nor to offer them affection.
Sasuke Uchiha – July 23rd

Sasuke Uchiha is 33 years old, like the rest of the original Naruto Team 7. But unlike his friends, Sasuke has spent the last 15 years trying to amend his actions during Naruto.
Dedicating himself to protecting Konoha, Sasuke is more mature and more worn down than his friends despite being the same age.
However, he is the only one that is still figuring out how to balance his personal and familial responsibilities.

Shino Aburame – January 23rd

Like Konohamaru, Shino Aburame is a teacher at the academy Boruto trains at. Though Shino is a few years older than Konohamaru at 32 years old.
Shino is often presented as quite intimidating to the younger ninjas as he is much taller than most of their parents, standing at 6’1″ (185.4 cm).
Shino’s naturally inclined insect-ninja skills that he has practically perfected at 32 years old also make him a respectable authority figure if a little scary for a few of the younger students.
Ino Yamanaka – September 23rd

Ino Yamanaka is just a little younger than the other main Naruto characters at 32 years old in Boruto, but she attended the academy at the same time as them.
While at the academy, Ino developed a crush on Sasuke which led to an underhanded rivalry with Sakura. However, as adults, they have put that aside and are now very close friends.
Ino has also taken on the position of the leader of the Konoha Barrier team, an impressive role that she commanders well.
Kakashi Hatake – September 15th

The oldest on this list, Kakashi Hatake is 48 years old in Boruto. Though his age has in no way lessened his ninja abilities. In fact, Kakashi is still named the seventh Hokage of Konoha when Boruto begins.
While Kakashi was skeptical of Naruto’s potential when he was at the academy, Kakashi has a lot of faith in Boruto’s skills and often offers him advice.
Despite being a fan favorite, Kakashi plays less of a role in Boruto but is still much loved by both the characters and the fans.
